Think of Phynx as your central platform to run operations. This includes the CRM and dashboard for managing your staff, attendee information, and performance. TYX, on the other hand, is the consumer-facing application that your attendees will see. It’s how they will interact with buying tickets, making reservations, and signing up for guests lists.

Our OS, as we call them, are experienced event operators who will assist you in producing a successful event. Think of your Phynx OS as another member on your team. They will bring their expertise of events alongside their understanding of how to use Phynx to identify how it can be best used for your particular event needs. Our OS will not only help you get started, but will exist as a resource to aid you along your process of building an awesome event brand.

Ticketing is an important piece of event operations, but not the entire thing. Phynx is built by operators for operators as a one stop shop for crafting your event experience. This includes ticketing, but also contains the rest of the event admissions process (guestlist, reservations, promoter management). This is especially important for those running multiple events a year (event orgs & venues) as it efficiently aligns management, ground staff & your attendees for the long term.
